We called Tom's in an emergency as we didn't have water for a few days and have livestock and he was here within two hours to come save us and replace tank and pressure switch. All while being insanely busy with calls from the storm .
Called them to come look at my automated waterline for the cows and horses. He showed up jumped into it and fixed all three, was very quick at it and when he was done he repaired what was needed gave me instructions on how to shut the things off and what to look for. Not sure what the bill is gonna cost me but my water is not running right now. So let’s see what they send out for. A bill L
If there was a zero star option this would be it. Toms well service gave me the run around for 4 days, qouting me upwards of 20k$ without even setting foot on the property to diagnose a leak with the well system at my home. I offered paying up to 1000$ for a service call and have them come out and look amd still As im writing this I am still waiting for a call back from them. I went ahead and found another local company and they were out within an hour and had the property located for digging. Terriable comunication from Toms Well Service. I understand unforseen things happen, but at least be decent human beings and call customers back with an update on services.
Our well quit working during blizzard conditions. The company sent 2 awesome guys that didn't complain a bit about the weather. They were friendly and professional. They had it fixed promptly. Thanks guys, we sure appreciated it!!
