I first Purchased a dishwasher with installation from home depot. The installer arrived & said he couldn't install until I hire a plumber & handyman to prepare for the install. I refused the delivery. HD treated it as a return even though it never came off the truck. After 2 weeks with my bank getting involved I got every penny back. I went to Jersey Appliance for a second opinion. The sevice mgr said he'd send a technician to view the situation. There would be a charge but if they did the install it would go towards the installation. HD and Lowes would not send a technician before I did the purchase. The technician found some obstruction on the floor and a hose needed to be replaced & he could definitely make it fit. I also was given the option to buy the dishwasher from them if their supplier had it. A week later my first choice was available. it was only tweny dollars higher than home Depot & lowes. ALL PERFECT! Thanks to Brian & Ralph

Second experience with Jersey Appliance in 3 months. This time for a less than 2 yr old washer that I figured needed a new electrical panel. First I was thrilled that they were open on a holiday Monday and I was able to schedule for nearest available opening. Knowing I have a spouse with dementia they offered to put us on a cancellation list, which was thoughtful. Our repairman Brian arrived on time, putting on shoe covers to protect my floors from the salt tracking in. He quickly determined the problem with our machine but explained he had to order the part per Whirlpool requirements. Fortunately a snowstorm did not delay the part delivery and Brian came back the next day. As before he arrived with a smile on his face and then did an efficient replacement of the panel. He tested the various washing stages to be sure all was working properly. I felt very confident in Brian’s work and will no doubt call Jersey Appliance for any future needs.
