Fatmir did an incredible job. A few days after the snow storm and with multiple below freezing days in a row, we got home to find our heat wasn't working. We called Princeton air at about 7:30 pm and Fatmir was at our house within 2.5 hours (I'm definitely happy i signed up to be a member when they serviced my generator). Despite the late hour, Fatmir was not in any hurry. He took an organized step by step approach to diagnose the problem which showed clear knowledge of what he was doing. Our state of the art water heater was installed by Princeton Air Conditioning. It started leaking overnight, they were very responsive and quickly scheduled an appointment. Their technician Latrell Romulus was courteous, knowledgeable, and strived to get our system fixed. Professionalism ...above and beyond. Highly recommended

Princeton air was quick and professional when I requested a quote for a new gas powered boiler for my hot water radiator home heating. The bid was very competitive with the three other bids I obtained so I decided to go with Princeton air because of their stellar reputation for high quality work. I was not disappointed. The installers did excellent work and the boiler looks and runs great! Thanks Princeton air!!

Brian “Moe” provided the best service I have ever seen and can’t say enough about his work ethic and his humanity towards my 90 year-old friend while working on his 1930 never touched electrical service since it’s original installation. He took the time to explain everything pertinent To the codes and his attention to detail was astounding. We can’t thank him enough for his dedication to his trade and his humanity. Respectful, knowledgeable, capable. Figured out our issue quickly and informed us of repair price. Totally fair and reasonable, the work was completed correctly the first time and informed us along the way of the repair he’s the was doing and how he corrected the issue.
