Princeton Air Conditioning

Fatmir did an incredible job. A few days after the snow storm and with multiple below freezing days in a row, we got home to find our heat wasn't working. We called Princeton air at about 7:30 pm and Fatmir was at our house within 2.5 hours (I'm definitely happy i signed up to be a member when they serviced my generator). Despite the late hour, Fatmir was not in any hurry. He took an organized step by step approach to diagnose the problem which showed clear knowledge of what he was doing. He successfully diagnosed the problem and came up with both an immediate short term fix and a permanent fix. After he confirmed the immediate fix did indeed solve the problem, he gave me a detailed explanation of the problem, why it caused our heating issue and what the appropriate fix was. He then gave me a quote to fix it right then, while not being too pushy when I insisted that I could do this myself. Once this was done, he still wasn't in a hurry despite it being past 11 pm. He stuck around for a few more minutes and answered a few of my other heating related questions to help guide me with some of our other minor issues. Fatmir was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and seemed like an overall good person. I hope I don't need their help again soon, but the next time I do (likely when I try to fix this myself and mess it up) I will certainly be calling Princeton air and I will be hoping they send Fatmir my way again. Brian “Moe” provided the best service I have ever seen and can’t say enough about his work ethic and his humanity towards my 90 year-old friend while working on his 1930 never touched electrical service since it’s original installation. He took the time to explain everything pertinent To the codes and his attention to detail was astounding. We can’t thank him enough for his dedication to his trade and his humanity. Thank you, Brian.
