Our water heater broke and flooded the basement on early Sunday morning. Called them and Luciano was on emergency duty. He calmly walked me through what to do, and suggested a good local company for mitigating and drying up the flood (which should ideally be done asap to prevent mold), and scheduled a replacement for Monday. Later in Sunday afternoon, with the mitigation people already at work, the broken heater was leaking some more. It was time to call Luciano again and this time he offered to come and just replace the heater ---on a Sunday afternoon! He was so nice and helpful, and was willing to take hours off his Sunday to do so. Normally they don't do new installations on Sundays. Very pleased with Luciano's going above and beyond, and being so helpful.

I had an amazing experience with Tindall and Ranson employee Jim. I made an appointment with PSE&G worry free on the app around 6:55 a.m., at 7:08 a.m. I received a call from PSE&G that the technician was on his way. Technician arrived within mins and looked at my water heater and said I need a new one. I contacted PSE&G heater department and went over my options for a new water heater. PSE&G informed me that Tindall and Ranson would call me after 8 a.m., I received a call at 8:48 a.m., Deanna the rep told me someone would be out between 2pm-6pm but if someone is available before then they would call me. I told her if someone is available just sent them out and that I would be home all day. Deanna called me back at 8:48 a.m. and stated James aka Jim would be on his way. Jim arrived at 9:18 a.m. and explained everything he had to do and how long the process would take. He answered all my questions and Jim was finished by 10:50 a.m. I'm very pleased with the service from PSE&G and Jim. I highly recommend calling this company. Great customer service, great prices and overall, a great experience.
