We contacted A Action when our refrigerator unexpectedly stopped working. We were able to get extremely fast help and the technician, Christian, was very professional and helpful. Ultimately, the fridge was not fixable (a technical problem that had nothing to do with the quality of Christian's work), but he was able to give us a refund and help us with our choice of new fridge. His willingness to work directly with the manufacturer helped us get a replacement fridge at a reasonable price. We would definitely call this business again if we needed help. My only feedback was that the billing was through an Apple Pay link texted to me, so as a first time customer I was a little wary of sending my card details because it felt like a scam (even though it ended up being legit).
