Came over on Christmas Eve, Danielle was very friendly on the phone. Alan was very knowledgeable. Diagnosed my problem within a half hour had a refrigerator that was not getting very cold. Gave me some pointers on how to keep it working until the part I need came in ,was able to save all my food. I highly recommend this husband wife team.

I have had Alan fix my Washing Machine, Dryer and Refrigerator. All done correctly and still going. I have also had him diagnose a dish washer and a different dryer. In both those cases he told me the part costs without labor was going to be about half of the price of getting a new machine and advised me not to repair those particular machines and buy new machines. He also gave me recommendations of the brands to that lasted longer and were easier to get fixed when they did have problems. I really appreciate his advice and will continue to recommend Stone Appliance to everyone.
