The sales process was easy and enjoyable, and I was especially impressed that my recliner was delivered the very next day. That level of efficiency is hard to find! A special thanks to the delivery team, Kevin and Rick. They were polite, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took great care during delivery and setup, making sure everything was perfect before they left. Their positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Excellent experience from start to finish. I was replacing my refrigerator I had purchased from Jeff Lynch 19 years ago and my range. Eric our salesman showed us multiple options that met our desired features and price range and we were able to find just what we wanted during a great sale. Installation was seamless, even with a muddy yard and a water line that needed to be replaced. Justin kept me informed of when he would arrive so I had to miss as little work as possible. Justin and Jorge were professional and efficient and made sure both my appliances and my house were undamaged. A complete difference in attitude from a recent install I had done by a big box store. You could tell Justin and Jorge cared about doing a top quality job.
