The drivers Ken and Jamal are friendly and very professional. We have had three deliveries and each time they greeted us with smiles. We are new here and have had deliveries from multiple places . Hands down the best we have encountered so far. 🙂
We had an amazing experience at Veridien with Jonathan Ogden. He was an amazing support to us trying to fix a fireplace issue that we had. He found the replacement fireplace we needed, got it ordered and shipped to us across the state. I have never met a customer representative with a company, be more attentive and supportive and making sure we had what we needed to fix our issue. Veridien needs to give that man a raise!!!bGreat company and great experience. We will definitely do business with them again.
Outdoor furniture is absolutely beautiful. We had a great service with McKenzie in the showroom and perfect delivery from Ken and Jamal. They were courteous and efficient.
We looked around at patio sets and we found the Clara from Viridien in Raleigh to be the most comfortable seating. Julian was great to work with ordering the set to the excellent delivery service from Sean and Jamal. They were spot on time and kept us informed from the get go, would definitely recommend them if you looking for a high end patio set.
