While the ladies did a lot and I am grateful, the job felt half-done. When speaking with someone about it they offered a re clean but it is pointless to come out and touch up these areas. When putting faith into a company I do not want to set the precedent of “recleans”. I paid a substantial amount for this service and it was not completed. I’m not sure if they have time limits for being in the home but they were in mine less than 3 hours. I was told they must have been overwhelmed since it was a first time clean, but is that not what I was charged extra for? I didn’t have high expectations for my cluttered surfaces that I did not have time to clear off, but the ball was dropped on the simple things that should have been done perfectly. Ultimately, I was unimpressed for the price and will not continue service. I declined the “reclean” because I did not see the point.
-Stairs not vacuumed.
-Cabinets/Doors not “spot washed”
-Floors not mopped
-Glass door not cleaned
-Refrigerator not wiped
-Toothpaste on sink faucet
Lucy does such a great job! She's always prompt, super friendly, attentive and is awesome at what she does. My place is always left super clean and confortable every time she is finished. I love having her and highly reccomend requesting her services!
Yesterday I had Castle Keepers clean my house. I highly recommend their services. Tayler was very professional efficient. My house is sparkling. Hillary made scheduling simple and easy.
** Your team DID NOT offer a complete re-clean. We would’ve taken you up on it. You offered to clean the items which were not addressed fully which we had already done when we came home to see them undone. Your “team” was one person who showed up at the agreed time and another person who showed up hours later to clean an over 4,000sf home. I couldn’t do all the floors, bathrooms and surfaces in that many hours so no doubt it was a long day.
We recently hired Castle Keepers to clean our home. They are the most expensive cleaner we have hired and our house was the least clean. I immediately reported that there was dirt in the corners of the floor, dusty baseboards and surfaces, lamps and frames etc weren’t dusted, range hood not wiped, and showers were not fully cleaned. They offered to come back for these items but I had already finished scrubbing partly because I wanted to be sure my expectations were reasonable and partly because I needed things clean. They offered a small credit to the next cleaning but we couldn’t justify another shot after how unclean the house was the first time and after the higher first cleaning price with no reasonable adjustments. I literally did a Google search and called this company based on the information I found online with their backstory and so forth. I had considered using the other company that promises a $19.99 clean, but I really really wanted my house to be clean, I live on a farm and we have two teens, us, and giant fluffy dogs, and all the animals living inside the house. We’re super busy and I needed a solid deep clean done to help me move forward in my life because I work seven days a week, two different jobs, plus a horse farm to manage and take care of. So I gave them a call and I booked it on a Friday night, The price was completely reasonable for what needed to be done and put my credit card in. I got a call within a hour to soft-onboard me over the phone, They told me their terms and conditions, and I was good with all that no contract, they said they would send me Reminder texts which they did and said their lady would be there Monday morning. Monday morning they did everything they said they were going do with reminder communications. They texted me again and a woman named Kelsey Showed up at my house, completely prepared with everything she needed and a bright sunny attitude. Oh my Gosh, this woman was awesome. She bounced in the door and was so positive and made me feel OK about the fact that my house was a disgusting mess. she looked around and I knew she was probably thinking oh my word this is gonna take me all day and it did!! She spent pretty much the whole day deep cleaning my bathroom kitchen in my home. She said “I’m starting in your bathroom.” She deep cleaned my bathroom for two hours and I am not joking I was afraid to go in there and disturb her finally, when I went in there, I was so happy I cried, then she moved straight to my kitchen and she deep cleaned that, it was amazing. She was so sweet. Kelsey really swooped in and saved my day that day, I was completely depleted at the end of my rope just feeling exhausted like I was never gonna catch up and she came in there and put the smack down on a horse farm house. I really appreciated her. I’m so happy I called Castle Keepers and I definitely recommend them. The most important thing about a cleaning company is their people and Kelsey is good people.
