We were getting ready to cancel services from the previous company ADP took over. I spoke with O.K. and he set up our tech to come out and get us back working. Hayne, was the tech that got us fixed up. He was very quick, patient and professional. We will be keeping ADP for their service and recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and peace of mind in their homes.
Jason and Hayne were amazing installers. They went out of their way to explain and walk me through every step of my new security system as well as the many options available to me for service. Great guys, great company. Give them a call, they will fill all your service needs quickly and efficiently.
Great experience with Ok Smith, he walked us through the choices. Jean and team did a fantastic job setting up the system in our home. Patient training and letting us navigate the system before leaving.
