Great job! I received a call when a cancellation opened an earlier schedule slot. Great communication via text as to the timeline. Tech was knowledgeable, efficient and had the part on hand. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
Easy to schedule an appt & received texts as reminders and for updates. Technician was prompt & provided excellent service. Very knowledgeable & kept up informed about what he was doing. And very reasonable rates. Will definitely use this service again!
Jason came and fixed our refrigerator. He arrived within five minutes of the time that he told us he would be here took him about 45 minutes to complete the project fix the refrigerator and put it all back together again very professional person it was able to tell me what was happening and why it happened. It was. He was very informative.

I’d definitely recommend Jason’s Appliance if you need any repairs. I got their information from the BBB, and they were highly recommended. Jason and his wife, are very knowledgeable about their work and take pride in what they do. I wanted to add that Penny was a delight to speak with. When I told her my issue with my washer, she knew exactly what was wrong with it. She could have scheduled me the very next day, but we were unavailable until today. You don’t get service like theirs too much these days. Thanks again!
