If I could give zero stars I would. Went there day before and asked for oversized fill which is on their website. They said they don’t sell that only top or clay. I showed them their website. I was taken to back area and the gentleman (polite) showed me the oversized (unscreened dirt). I then went back to office and she wrote the order up for 8 yards of oversized (unscreened)dirt for 10 am the next day. I made arrangements to be present at the time. At approximately 9am, I received a call stating they would not be coming because they didn’t have the dirt. I told her I was shown the dirt the day before. She put me on hold and then came on again and said they either didnt have it or couldn’t sell it. What???? First, they dont know what they sell, then after showing them their own website, i am shown the dirt I needed?? Then they agree to the transaction and make arrangements to deliver. Then they break their transaction and with them not knowing why they are not going to deliver. They didnt even offer a reasonable solution such as a discount on topsoil. What a terrible way to do business. And, I lost time because I made arrangements to be present. I attached the photos from their website. I am very angry with this business.
