We've worked with Dan for a number of years. Annual check ups, problem solving, and consulting and set up on purchasing new computers. He's always very thorough, knowledgeable and good to work with. Also like the fact that he comes to our home rather than us having to take computer to him. He knows his stuff....and also willing to "hold our hand" when we need help on basic usage issues. Happy to recommend him.
Highly recommend. Very personable, knowledgeable. Speaks in terms I can understand even though I’m far from high tech. Appreciate his honesty in offering options to save me money and still provide the best security and functionality of my pc. Definitely will contact again. Love the fact that he came to my house and I didn’t have to disconnect my desk top and take it in. Personal old fashion service for modern technology. What could be better?
I have used Iowa PC Services for many years. All staff have done great work. I very much appreciate that you can provide services both in person and remotely. When coming to my home, you can always schedule the appointment in a timely manner and been able to address the issue that I needed help with. Just keep providing service as you always have, and I will be very grateful customer.
Dan is as professional as it gets! I have used them in the past and recently called them for a new project. If you are thinking about changing to Windows 11 which you will be forced to at some point. I recommend calling Dan first. So he can advise you on what you need and don't need. Very honest and professional. I highly recommend this company.
