If you’re thinking about upgrading your phone or checking out new promotions, definitely stop by this store! Anjelica was amazing she greeted me politely, worked quickly, and really knew her stuff when it came to the deals and promotions. . Great customer! I highly recommend asking for Anjelica when you visit.

After calling around to multiple places trying to find the best price to get my daughter's Iphone screen fixed, I spoke with the guy from this location and he gave me a cheaper price then the place I was going to end up going to. I dropped my phone off an was told the same price. I then came back to pick It up an the lady that cashed me out told me a price $20 more. When I asked to speak with the guy that gave me the price, I asked him why I was being charged more and that was the only thing I said to him and this man proceeded to telling me that i'm hearing things and I was a liar an that he would never tell me a different price an If I didn... He did however tell me that he didn't give a shit after I said that I was going to write a review. So here I am doing just that. Iv been In the customer service Industry my whole life, so Ik some customers can be annoying ect. But to speak to a customer like the way he did unwarranted Is just disrespectful. If I was told the price b4 I would not have had a problem at all, just didn't like that I was told 1 price and charged for another. I also have 2 pending charges for the same price from this location aswell that Im waiting to see If I was double charged. Still ok with giving a 1 star because The lady that helped me was really nice and professional.
