Stover's Flooring & Drapery Center

I had Stover’s install carpet and hardwood in my house. The carpet was installed no problems. I had high expectations for the hardwood, but was ultimately let down. The installers had errors and cut corners a few times, and didn’t clearly communicate things. This eventually led to other issues later down the road when it was too late to fix. I’m still dealing with creaky floors! We had to have the store owner come out to the house and he agreed on the errors, and we came up with a plan to fix what we could (this time with different installers which of course led to delays). I appreciate that Stovers attempted to correct the errors and even agreed on a discount due to the issues, but the quality and craftsmanship expected just didn’t hit the mark. You may get a better experience depending on the installers, but think twice before you sign up for a lot of work here. L

We could not have been happier with the whole experience. We worked with Eirik from day one and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It took us a while to pull the trigger and he was not pushy whatsoever. He got us on the schedule quickly and Herb the installer was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. We couldn’t be happier and still comment every day how much we love our new basement floor. We will only use Stover on any future flooring projects.
