Five stars really isn’t enough…David was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable! We bought a computer from Amazon that we thought was from the HP store that in the “fine print” actually was a third party seller who (without disclosing) had modified the computer. The computer ended up essentially crashing. We tried to do a factory reset twice and it wouldn’t reset and we couldn’t get our information off of it so we could return it. HP wouldn’t help since the computer had been modified. After several stressful hours trying to figure out what to do we called David at Comoputers. He told us to come right in, we took the computer from Amazon in and explained the situation. David knew immediately how to fix the problem. He was kind and patient as he listened to everything we had gone through. He also had other options for us to think about, not only did he wipe our data and did a factory reset but also listened to our needs and fixed us up with a computer that has everything we need! We were so relieved and David took very good care of us. Again his kindness, patience, and knowledge were so appreciated! It’s hard to find service like that in these days and times but you can with David and Comoputers!
