Visting home for Thanksgiving when my iPhone 13 Pro Max screen went black multiple times within the span of 30 minutes. Later that night my phone screen went white for a whole day. I went to iFixphones. They quoted me 150 bucks for a new iPhone screen and they said it would take 30 minutes. When I flew back to where i live now my phone lasted me about 3 weeks and now the touchscreen is broken. My phone still functions like normal but my touch screen is a no go. Ive tried everything. From force restarting it, letting it die, and leaving it it plugged in, nothing works. DO NOT waste your time or money here. Go somewhere more professional! I know it’s convenient but it’s not worth the hassle to do this all over again in less than a months time

I walked in on a whim asking if they could replace the shattered glass cover on my pixel camera lens. They luckily had the part on hand and fixed it for a fraction of what I was quoted by G's repair partner and was so fast! I wish I'd known this place existed sooner!

Don’t even think about wasting your time here. 15 days they had my iPod touch. No updates except for me calling to check what’s going on. They told me the parts were coming in last week. I called today to check on it and they’re asking me “what iPod, we don’t have it”.

I rushed in at the end of the day and was met with excellent service. They even stayed longer just to help fix my phone. They even gave me a discount. I had previously had it repaired elsewhere nearby, but it kept breaking down. They were truly helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
