Great service and very professional! ⌚️ The battery replacement and strap resizing were done quickly and at a fair price. Nathan was friendly, honest, and clearly experienced with watches. I had several watch batteries replaced by Nathan all at 1 time. This was while he was still at the Brunswick Square, Mall by Jcp, and these were the longest lasting watch batteries I’ve had locally ever by any other jeweler. So one of my watch batteries needed replacing. I went to the new location in Spotswood on Main Street, and he was very accommodating, very personable and handled everything very quickly. He has a nice jewelry store in there as well and as the need arises, I will bring some repairs over to him. Give him a try you won’t be disappointed.

I always have such a great experience with this Nathan! He fixed my bracelet perfectly and made it look as good as new. He also cleaned my earrings, and I was honestly amazed at how shiny they came out! He was very kind, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. Friendly and efficient service. Nathan made a minor adjustment to one chain, in lieu of replacing the clasp. With the price of gold at an all time high, I appreciated his honesty. I would recommend this retail and repair shop to my friends and family.
