Josh worked on our LG ThinQ fridge today. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, professional and most kind. He thoroughly explained what was going on and what he was doing as he worked. He also was careful to not damage surfaces or the appliance. We felt at ease knowing we were in capable hands! I highly recommend Josh and Doctor Appliance!
Josh was our service technician for our GE washer machine that would not drain. He came out and diagnosed it correctly, ordered the parts then came back for the install/fix. The parts order to install was very quick, only a few days. We are super grateful. He was professional and respectful.
Doctor Appliance serviced my hood fan control. My technician Ken was courteous, prompt and efficient. He took great care in protecting all surfaces and equipment as he meticulously replaced my hood fan control module. All works perfectly once again thanks to Ken and Doctor Appliance.
