Great service! The insurance company sent the wrong part the first time, but upon first look, the Berny’s tech knew what the actual issue was. They ordered new parts and came back for the repair. Very friendly and quick with the fix! Also loved the call-ahead ETAs so I could be prepared for their visit as I have a newborn at home.

Berny's Appliances really know what they are doing when it came to my GE Washer from Home Depot. They took the necessary time to figure things out so I could back to doing wash establishing around the holidays. Kept in touch every step of the way via text and phone calls. My service was under warranty through a protection plan. Very courteous. Highly recommend.
