Our 1960s avocado green estate sale “as is” dryer wouldn’t heat. I was determined to get it working instead of buying a new dryer. A friend recommended Troy to me because he worked on her washer & dryer, so after about 3 months of transporting laundry back and forth, I messaged him on Facebook. He was quick to reply and set up an in-home diagnosis within 24 hours. He showed up right on time, and was friendly, professional, and patient with my dog whining nonstop in the other room. It took about an hour total, and he was able to not only diagnose, but fix our dryer!! I am so grateful to him for not only fixing it (obviously lol) but for his positive attitude and determination to fix a dryer he had never even seen before.
