Mark couldn't have been more informative and professional when dealing with our chimney issues. I initially called regarding a leaking roof around our chimney.. only to find out the flue was completely collapsed and blocked from venting. Having moved into the area and wanting to get a wood stove for our existing chimney, two major stove companies in the area only recommended Home Saver as a reputable chimney sweep for an inspection. Mark was courteous, knowledgeable, timely, helpful, and professional in all he did. He explained everything clearly through the whole process of inspection and our later purchase and installation of a stove. After everything was installed, he was still easy to get a hold of for questions pertaining to a new stove. I plan to use him for chimney cleaning after the burning season, and would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services. Don't know what I'll do whenever he retires...:)
