I cannot say enough about Todd from Liberty Basement Systems. We had two other companies come to speak with us but neither of them spoke in terms we could understand easily. Todd was so knowledgeable and treated us with kindness. He was so helpful in explaining our problems and the best solution. Such a great experience. His crew came and explained to us what they were doing each step of the way. They did a great job and did a fantastic job cleaning up when they finished. They explained everything and put me at ease. Honestly I was so nervous about the project and the mold growth we had. I am so thankful I chose them. I am so thankful Todd was our technician. He really saved us with his kindness, knowledge, and easy going personality. Thank you Todd!

Cody came out to give me a quote, there were no surprises after the job was finished. Very professional and went out of his way to give me several options and made sure the pricing was fair. John and his crew completed quality work. I definitely feel I got really nice work for a reasonable price. They were professional and knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond. I will be calling them for other projects, highly recommend!

All I can say is WOW! We recently had Liberty Basements out to do work in my mother's basement. Our inspectors Kyle and Russ were fantastic! They worked very hard to alleviate all her nerves and went the extra mile just to make sure everything was the way she wanted it. They were very knowledgeable and were available every step of the way. The work performed was above and beyond what we could have imagined. The crew, led by Jimmy, were all very kind and respectful. They worked quickly and kept things very clean. They are some of the hardest workers I have ever met. Thank you so much Liberty Basements for taking care of our structural and water issues and giving my mother piece of mind! We will be sure to recommend you to everyone we know!
