The owners, Lori & Dan, went above & beyond to find a way to fit my repairs in on their very busy schedule… and their service techs, Devon & Garrett, were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional… Extraordinary experience from start to finish… Highly highly highly recommend this company! Needed a new spring for a roll up door. Tries to sell me a new door. I ask for a price and she starts ridiculing the color of the door. "Why is it brown with black trim on a green garage" LOL Are you serious? Just tell me you don't want my money! Sick of rude people with no social skills

Very helpful - prompt, courteous, explained everything they were doing. Came exactly when they said they would, and asked all the right questions beforehand so they could make sure they brought the right parts for repair. Highly recommended.
They are fabulous. I'm just your average customer with garage doors that didn't work. I was treated as if I was offering them a million dollar contract. Denise was so helpful in getting it scheduled....calling or texting me. John was here exactly as scheduled and solved my problem in less than an hour...and he really knows his stuff! You will not be disappointed.
