Clean Sweep Chimney Service

I received several appointment reminders, and Clean Sweep actually arrived a few minutes early for my scheduled chimney cleaning. They brought an impressive array of gear, and had no trouble accessing and cleaning my steel liner. I was interested in learning, and both crew members took extra time to explain the cleaning steps, and spent more time than required cleaning up afterward. I also appreciated the emailed copies of the inspection receipt (with before/after pictures) and detailed liner replacement estimate. They also took time to consider and thoughtfully answer my questions about both. I would definitely recommend their services, and plan to continue using them in the future myself.

Clean Sweep is a class act and a great team. They confirmed my scheduled appointment with me, and let me know when they were on their way from the previous job and arrived within the first 15 minutes of the 1 hour window I was given. The service was fast and efficient. Our pipes were cleaned and our chimney liner was inspected with a remote camera for any defects or damage. I was provided with detailed photos inside and outside of our chimney, along with detailed explanation of what needed repair as well as options for remedies. If you’re going to have a fire in your house it’s prudent to have the exhaust examined annually - especially in an older home. Clean Sweep made it affordable and convenient to help ensure that we’ll be safe this winter.
