This company sucks. I had an appointment set up with them. Nobody showed up and nobody called. I called them twice to try to find out what happened. They couldn't even answer the phone and never did call me back.

Shane & Son's was a delight to deal with! My mother's house woke with no heat. We received same day service. A tutorial on what look for before having to call a pro. AND was able to change the thermostat to a friendlier version. The technician was polite and professional. Highly recommend!
