Bought our washer and dryer there in 2020. Dryer wasn't working ... needed a new heating element. They were awesome in their response and service person was phenomenal! Will buy from them whenever we need to replace other appliances. Totally recommend them.

They have been the leader of top-quality microwaves, dishwashers, freezers, and more because of their unbeatable prices and service!
Great deal on a scratch and dent refrigerator which was perfect for our needs. They didn’t try to oversell me with features that I didn’t need. Delivery was awesome including carefully navigating down two long flights of stairs. I have a Costco membership but will continue to buy my appliances here.
We purchased all new kitchen appliances from Mike’s. Customer service was great! Pricing was comparable to big box stores. Installation was seamless and the installers were very polite, efficient, careful and showed me how everything worked afterwards. I highly recommend them!
