Yesterday I had a serviceman by the name of Travell come to fix my dryer. After opening the door I could tell something was off.. After 15 minutes of trying to open the first panel he gave up. He charged me $128 for service call and over $250 for the parts needed to repair in 3 to 5 weeks! Igniter and coils. I only had credit card and he shamed me and marched outside to his van to get the card reader. This was the 3rd or 4th time without booties and leaving a trail of snow on my wood floors. He seemed to take great pleasure in this because i complained. He said "yo you ain't tell me to do that" I said never mind. about the CC, I will call the company with my payment as his card reader was broken. Then i said I'll be sure to mention your behavior and especially about the trail you left. This is where he snapped! I escorted him out but prior to getting to the entryway he danced and dug his heels and toes into the wood floor purposely to try to make scuff marks. He did this only to spite me. This set off an explosion between us. We literally wrestled and boxed in my entryway and kitchen for over a minute. Many things were smashed and broken. Three cop cars came and took our stories and took many pics of my injuries. I've contacted CWA twice with no reply. I wanted to settle this amicably but I think a major lawsuit is on its way. This company has gone to hell in a handbasket and they're hiring untrained bafoons. Do not use this company anymore they are not the same as they used to be.btw, we tried the dryer and for some reason it's working perfectly fine. So he lied to us about the parts
