My hardwood floors were in tough shape from tenants. I called Dan while in Georgia..we discussed options over the phone. I wrote and mailed him a deposit, the neighbor had a key and Dan started and finished after the tenant left and before I came home. What a transformation. I can say I absolutely love my floors now. Who needs furniture? I just want to sit in my camp chair and admire the looks. (OK I really would like the moving truck to show up ☺️) I would not hesitate to recommend Dan and his company.
