David (owner) and Nick and Justin are super professional and go the extra mile in providing technical and customer service. They did extra homework on my EcoDiesel Jeep Grand Cherokee to ensure all the maintenance needs were met— and they exceeded expectations. I have and will continue to return to them for work on my EcoDiesel. I recommend them to all-!
If I could give our experience zero stars, I absolutely would. We took in our car for maintenance and received very poor professionalism throughout the whole experience. As women we were talked down to and treated as last priority. Our experience with the staff was disappointing every time we called or talked to them in person. If you need maintenance done to your car, go somewhere else.
Josh, Dave, and Nick were awesome. My vehicle was in need of some major work, and this team didn't let me down. Great communication, and fair prices compared to the other places I checked. Customer for life.
I can’t say enough good things about Higher Standards. They went above and beyond to take care of me and my Subaru. The dealership missed the issue twice, but Higher Standards took the time to really dig in and figure it out. They explained everything clearly and treated me with honesty and respect the whole way through. Because my car is still under the dealership warranty, I had to take it back there for the final repair. Otherwise I would have trusted Higher Standards completely to get it done. That says a lot because I would much rather deal with Higher Standards than drive two hours to the dealership. If you are looking for a mechanic who is thorough, knowledgeable, and truly puts the customer first this is the place.
