We have used and entrusted Linked Technologies with all our business and personal computer needs since their beginning and even prior with Jim and Chris. We purchased Monument Financial Services, Inc., our accounting and tax business in 1992 and began a relationship Chris shortly after. Chris and Jim recognize the importance of kindly and quickly reacting to a customer's stress when a computer issue arises. They also have put together a great team for their company who feel the same way. From the billing and customer service department and through each technician you experience the same warmth and concern for all our needs. Our computer issues have always been resolved in a professional and timely manner and I feel extremely fortunate to have affiliated our business with Linked Technologies.
