I am proud to be a client. Aaron is a professional mechanic and is as professional and passionate about his work as any I’ve ever seen. Aaron is definitely an asset to this organization. He will not sell you something you don’t need, and even if you approach him with uncertainty about what is happening with your car, he is honest and trustworthy and I always appreciate the solutions that he offers me. The fear you may have when you enter is mitigated with confidence due to his experience. My advice to you is to seek him out. Maintaining your car’s service intervals is way less expensive than fixing broken components. I am more confident with Aaron’s approach to help, and his empathy with your car’s situation that I don’t feel the need to walk into or get service at a dealership ever again. Aaron will make you glad, and you will also save money. Why does Google only have 5 stars????????

Called during business hours twice and got no answer. Finally got ahold of them on the phone and confirmed that I could email them a list of maintenance to be done to my car and have a quote emailed back to me. Sent email after confirming and still no response after 2 weeks. Tried leaving them a message since it's the weekend, but their voicemail box doesn't work (says to leave a message at the tone but then there is no tone, just an entire minute of silence).

I had a great experience with Pickering Auto. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Ryan, the office manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained clearly and that the process went smoothly. His communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to answer questions made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and the quality of service being provided. I highly recommend Pickering Auto and especially want to thank Ryan for making my experience such a positive one!
