I was pushed for time personally and was scheduled as early as possible for my appt. I showed up early in hopes of them running ahead of schedule. I was taken care of professionally and swiftly to the point of leaving the dealership 11 minutes before my appt. That included being set up for a loaner car. I appreciate the service advisor, Candelario, providing such great service and care to my situation.
Go in for a diagnostic on a bad wheel bearing, leave with the mechanic having left plastic paneling undone inside that had nothing to do with the issue because he heard a noise in the blower and wanted to upsell me. Don't waste your time if you just want the work you actually need done at a reasonable price, the first time.
A friend referred me to this location and I decided to go in after reading good reviews but didn’t have a positive experience. As mentioned by some other customers - be careful before you agree to accept the recommendation of service department for your car at this location. I called to get a cost estimate for break fluid flush. The service advisor told me you can’t do break fluid flush alone. We will have to do replacement of break pads and rotors as well. My rotors and break pads are in excellent condition and need no replacement. There’s no such guideline or requirement that says you can’t replace your break fluid alone especially if other break components are in good shape. A simple 200$ job was made a 900$ job by the service tech thinking I don’t understand these things. Be absolutely sure to understand if your car actually needs the service that they recommend you.
