Woke up on a Saturday morning, no heat and it was 20 degrees outside. I sent Igor a message on Facebook and he was at my house by 9 AM. He applied a quick fix, got my heat working that day and diagnosed the larger problem plaguing my HVAC system. He fixed it, and my heat has been cranking through this brutal winter. Would recommend Hi-Tech to anyone in the area!
Igor has been absolutely incredible to work with. He’s serviced our equipment for years and is always quick to respond. Today he was working nearby and was able to stop in within 15 minutes of my text. He’s reliable, knowledgeable, and consistently goes above and beyond. An easy five stars!
I reached out to Hi Tech Mechanical on a whim based off all the five star reviews. Thinking that these reviews were doctored or fake, I am here to give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s. I was in the process of getting estimates in order to replace a 50 plus year old gas boiler that was still working but wanted to be proactive and have it replaced along with my old thermostats. Igor came out and gave me a very fair estimate to replace, remove and connect new thermostats. I will tell you he was $3000-$3500 (this savings led me to spend more money and have Hi Tech Mechanical install mini splits) cheaper than the previous estimates I received and he was hired on the spot. Igor and his employees were professional, hard workers and very detail oriented and even worked Saturdays. Igor provided me with all rebates through Energize CT. I highly recommend that you call Hi Tech Mechanical for all your HVAC needs. You will not be disappointed. Igor enjoys what he does so hire him, feed his crew (if you want) and you will be highly satisfied. I have included a before and after photos of the previous and new gas boiler.
