Marc's Appliance Warehouse

We have both bought and had appliances serviced by Marc's. Sales, A+ Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and kind. We never leave with questions unanswered or leaving their store without buying the necessary appliance and wanting to go somewhere else. Service Techs, A+ Professional, respectable and just straight forward, they don't sugarcoat anything and will tell you if an appliance is worth repairing or if you are better off getting a brand new one. Scheduling C- , Uses AI bot to field calls. Could do better on retuning calls more timely and getting their ducks in a row before calling up clients directly. We will continue going to Marc's for all our appliance needs but I advise skipping the scheduler AI slop bot and selecting the option to speak with sales. If you need general upkeep/preventative maintenance then you can schedule online which is really convenient.

Our refrigerator unexpectedly stopped working, so we headed over to Marc’s Warehouse. The sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect replacement. The delivery team was outstanding—professional, courteous, and very careful with both the fridge and our home. They went above and beyond by bringing it through the back door, which was a better fit than the front. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
