Walked around the store for about 15 minutes and not a single employee offered help. Several staff were standing around, but no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. Definitely not a customer-focused experience.

James Surdyka is the best! We purchased some tile and unfortunately it wasn’t what we had expected. James was so understanding about the dilemma we were in. He kindly accepted the return (with a re-stocking fee of course ) and saved us a lot of money in doing so. That’s when you know that customer service is a priority to this company. Thanks again James for helping us make this home project all that we want it to be .

Came here at the recommendation of a contractor. He couldn’t have been more right. The staff were great, helpful, and offered good recommendations and suggestions. There is so much to choose from that you won’t be disappointed. Make sure you stop in for any tiling needs!!

Niki in West Hartford was AMAZING!!! She was beyond helpful as we narrowed down the look/feel of our new kitchen… from the countertop sample and beautiful brick-like tile backsplash (purchased at Tile America), down to the paint colors of our walls and kitchen island. We soooo appreciated her patience, guidance, and recommendations along the way.
