Read before you hire this company! My experience has been very difficult. The comments about the lack of communication are completely true. I sit here today. with my project that we have a signed contract unfinished. Have already experienced multiple no shows when they said they would do the work, they had to pull off a 3rd party contracting company because they also didn’t do what was agreed upon with replacing a ceiling. My project manager is often nowhere to be found outside of Monday-Friday when he is the one scheduling guys outside of those days. The comments also about the mess (dust) are also true I have a children’s playroom downstairs that now needs to be fully cleaned as everything is dusty from the work they have completed. This is just a very unprofessionally run operation in my only experience. The gentlemen are very nice but unfortunately do not follow through. I would stay far away and not recommend unless you enjoy dealing with headaches.
Siding job was done in a professional manner. Care was taken. All communication with the insurance company was done properly and promptly. Highly recommend.
After a plumbing leak in my basement, everything is back to brand-new. The carpeting, drywall, ceiling tiles and painting are all the best workmanship.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I was forced to use this company through my insurance company after water destroyed my house. They change their story, are awful communicators and basically don’t communicate unless you force them to, take forever, are shady and now have left my house, including kids toys COVERED in dust since they chose to use no containment until I said something. Project manager Nate chose not to respond after I called him out on his shady business and his ever changing stories.
I used a different restoration company prior to my insurance making me change and their business and work was night and day compared to this hack job. I hope safeco takes them off of the preferred vendor list.
IN RESPONSE TO THE INACCURATE RESPONSE FROM THR OWNER:
My house was not covered in dust when this company arrived. I pulled my laptop out of my work bag the morning their company did work. I have pictures and videos showing dust covering my laptop as well as other items that were purchased between the first company that did work and this hack job company. So the dust is from Paul Davis who put up no containment. Also, it took over a week for you to submit the asbestos estimate when the prior company had an estimate in a day. Work did not begin until April 30th after a no call no show on April 29th when I had to reach out to figure out what was going on since work was supposed to begin on April 29th.
I could post screenshots of the text messages between myself and the “project manager” Nate evidencing the continued changed stories and how I had to constantly reach out to move things along. Paul Davis was absolutely clueless.
Furthermore, I was forced to sign the documents/COC by two employees who just kept saying “just sign here” when I was trying to figure out what I was trying to sign. The two employees who were also clearly annoyed when I got mad about my house filling with a cloud of dust and covering everything with dust. I had no choice but to sign.
Jamie and Ray came out to clean our house after it was damaged and they did an amazing job! The last time it looked this nice in the rooms where they cleaned was when we bought the house! Mike has been terrific to work with and I found the entire staff to be professional, even working around my stay at home work hours. Having to spend way too much time at home, I am enjoying and appreciating even more how nice the house looks.
