We spent over 100K with these guys only to get unreturned phone calls. David Melnick is a sweet talker but you will never get him on the phone after he cashes your check! No service when we needed them. Promises unkept and finally having to hire another company who was reputable to straight out their mess. Oh yah they also never registered any of our licenses and just put in temporary serial numbers. The first power failure and the system tries to reboot- your screwed. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SNAKE OIL SALESMEN THEY SHOULD BE ARRESTED FOR THE FRAUD's THEY ARE
