Very disappointed with the customer service. I needed a new battery for my phone. Battery replacement was fine however a day later the protective frame broke. Not an issue as the phone was functional until I had an opportunity to return for a remedy. Two months passed before I had a chance to return but again the phone was functional so it was not a big concern. Problem was they really didn't care and blamed me for the broken frame. No offer to fix the problem but offered a "have a nice day" as I walked out the door. Such is customer service in today's world. As a former business owner I understand you bend over backwards to satisfy a customer....it's cheap advertising. They would have made up for my lost business ten times over had they made an effort to fix the problem.
