Gryphon is really helpful when it comes to answering questions or explaining what is going on. The office staff id really good at answering the phones when we need to make payment. They were helpful when sending pictures over. They call for scheduling and if the date does not work Luis is very understanding and gave me s date that worked better for me.
I had a great experience with Gryphon Roofing. I had Brooks as the estimate to help tell me the problems I had and answered all my questions I needed for my roofing problems. He gave me a lovely price and was a super fun and helpful guy. I would use Gryphon again.
Gryphon took amazing care of my dad during his recent roof replacement. They came out quickly, gave a clear and honest assessment, and walked him through the entire process. The communication was consistent and easy to follow, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. My dad is not someone who gives compliments easily, but he was genuinely impressed with how professional, responsive, and reliable the team was. I needed my roof replaced and called Gryphon Roofing to get an estimate. The office staff was super easy to work with and had Brooks my sales guy contact me a couple of days later. He did a complete inspection of the roof and went over all of the details with me of what needed to be done. He was able to give me a written estimate on the spot and I was able to get the job scheduled a few days later. The crew that did the roof work were amazing. They were supervised by Damian who was on-site several times during the two-and-a-half-day process. Damian was great to work with. He explained every detail of the job as it moved along and kept me informed during the entire process. He answered all my questions and was super to work with the entire time. I had a few cracked tiles, but Damian was able to find tiles to match and kept the job moving forward. The entire crew did a great job cleaning up during and after the roofing job was completed. Everyone was very easy to work with and communication was great. I was impressed by how professional everyone was the entire time. It was a great team, highly professional, awesome communication, friendly and experienced. They truly deserve a five star rating. I would highly recommend using Gryphon Roofing if you are in need of a roofing repair or full roof replacement.
