Perfect Pick Chimney Cleaning came out to our home in Mesa and did an outstanding job sweeping our chimney and making sure everything was working perfectly with our gas logs. From the first phone call to the end of the service, the team was very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. After the visit, we had a question about restarting our gas fireplace, and Craig was very patient, guiding us through the steps without making us feel uncomfortable at all. duane and andrew were fantastic when they came to our home in mesa to help with our chimney and fireplace. we originally called to get our chimney cleaned, and they arrived right on time, ready to work. as i showed them our living room, duane noticed our fireplace insert and mentioned he had worked on the same model before and even has one at home. our insert hadn’t worked in a while, and duane jumped right in to get it going. they not only got it working again, but also gave it a thorough cleaning and added new glowing embers that look great. andrew also took the time to show me how to use the remote for the insert, which was super helpful....
