The team arrived in Mesa even sooner than I thought they would. Paul and his partner were both super friendly and professional. They took the time to explain every part of the chimney sweep service and what they were doing. The cleaning and inspection were thorough, and they left everything tidy when they finished. They also gave me helpful suggestions for any future chimney maintenance. Great experience all around!
duane and andrew were fantastic when they came to our home in mesa to help with our chimney and fireplace. we originally called to get our chimney cleaned, and they arrived right on time, ready to work. as i showed them our living room, duane noticed our fireplace insert and mentioned he had worked on the same model before and even has one at home. our insert hadn’t worked in a while, and duane jumped right in to get it going. they not only got it working again, but also gave it a thorough cleaning and added new glowing embers that look great. andrew also took the time to show me how to use the remote for the insert, which was super helpful. they even checked our outdoor grill and cleaned it up so it looked almost new. i really appreciated how honest and friendly they were, and they didn’t even charge us for the extra work on the fireplace insert! their prices are fair and you can tell they really know what they’re doing. if you need any chimney cleaning or fireplace help in mesa, definitely give perfect pick chimney cleaning a call. we’re so happy with their work!
