I called Grove due to the multiple neighbors who recommended them for hvac services. Someone was at my door 1 hour and 20 mins from my call. Our technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. By the next day my issue was completely resolved. We will definitely use and recommend Grove for any future HVAC needs.
Great service!!! We contacted Grove Heating & Cooling when our office's heating system suddenly stopped working one afternoon. A very knowledgeable technician came here that same day and correctly diagnosed the issue. He was able to obtain the faulty part the next morning and the system was promptly repaired. We highly recommend Grove Heating and Cooling. They do a superb job.
Grove is an amazing company. Derrick was my technician and he was knowledgeable and polite. Diagnosed the problem correctly the first time, ordered the correct part and was back within a week to make a final repair. Meanwhile got the heat working on emergency heat until he could get back. Highly recommend!
