Let me start by saying your missing out if you dont call this company. Paul was my tech. Friendly, kept me posted on all being done. Paul serviced my unit that another big oil company failed to do,and failed to maintain. Even signed up for a contract. Give them a call, you won't regret it....
I called with an issue and was able to get a same-day appointment. The receptionist greeted me warmly and provided excellent customer service, getting me scheduled right away. My appointment went smoothly—Paul was helpful, knowledgeable, and demonstrated outstanding customer care. My issue was resolved quickly, and I will definitely be using AP Mathews again in the future.
We had such a positive experience with AP Mathews. Paul L. Did a wonderful job not only with his work but educating us on what we needed to know to prevent possible AC issues. Reasonable pricing as well. We would recommend him and the company to anyone in need of HVAC services.
This is a long term review of A.P. Mathews and I think they deserve a positive review since it can be difficult to find truly high quality contractors. We had them totally replace our heating and AC units with high a efficiency furnace and AC/Heat pump system. It was a rather large system costing over 15k. The install was extremely high quality. You can tell they really do care about what they do by all the attention to detail with how they routed the exhaust, wiring, etc. A very professional job and looks great once installed. They even had to disassemble and reassemble the attic unit to get up up there and still did a great job. The system has worked great for several years with just a few minor service calls where they were able to come out and quickly do any service needed so we would not be down very long. I highly recommend this company and our main contact "Paul" for any HVAC service needed.
AP Matthew’s just installed a new HVAC system for us. They were organized, responsive, communicated well every step of the way, took time to listen to what we wanted, and left our home as clean as it was when they arrived. Their price was also fair and they helped us set up no interest financing through Wells Fargo. We are very happy with them and will definitely use them again in the future!
