Apparently, James must be the only one who comes out to your house. While he had a couple of not too bad reviews, they were too generous. He should be polite because he grunted 2 words when he came in and went to work creepy quiet while he proceeded to take my entire refrigerator apart from freezer to beginning of main cold area. He was so slow that he didn't give any confidence that he knew what he was doing and his best feature was he spoke so softly you couldn't hear him either. Said it could be fixed, how scary that was. He had all the moldings and anything that once looked familiar in pieces. Next he went out to his pick up and brought in a fan . He proceeded to run it for what seemed forever, at least a half an hour.He was on the phone during this time. I finally said would you please put the fridge back together and I'm getting a new one. The man that answered the phone should have sent me someone more qualified and I'm sure he couldn't be the designated repairman for their store. My guess he was. Just wasted my time. We lost everything we bought the day before and had I known who this person intended to send me I would have told him to skip it. Do you seriously think he is competent sir? I wasted $80.00 on him plus all he said was it could be fixed. What could be fixed? Two days more to send for parts What parts? Like to know what he thinks he could fix!! The worst part is you sending someone you knew couldn't fix my fridge. If you can't do better maybe you should close your doors.
