Very disappointing experience. I was charged $400 just for the service call and diagnosis. The technician ended up calling the manufacturer of my LVO pan washer and gave me the same information I was able to get directly from the manufacturer myself. They then provided a repair estimate of about $4,947.89 (over $5,300 including the diagnostic fee). The quote included an impeller for $2,391.44, a seal kit for $381.08, a flame sensor for $141.87, hub kits totaling $839.36, plus other parts, freight, and labor. After speaking directly with the manufacturer, I learned that many of these parts are available for significantly less than what I was quoted. The overall estimate felt extremely inflated compared to the actual cost of parts and the scope of the repair. For the prices they charge, you’re better off contacting the manufacturer directly or using a more reputable service company like Hobart. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any repairs from this company.
