We had a great experience with AR Repair. Dan was our technician, and he was excellent from start to finish. He helped us install our new commercial oven and upgraded the gas line connection to make sure everything was done correctly and safely. He showed up about 15 minutes early, worked fast and efficiently, and was very professional the entire time. He also took the extra step to make sure we understood how to properly operate the new oven, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend AR Repair for commercial appliance work.

Very disappointing experience. I was charged $400 just for the service call and diagnosis. The technician ended up calling the manufacturer of my LVO pan washer and gave me the same information I was able to get directly from the manufacturer myself. They then provided a repair estimate of about $4,947.89 (over $5,300 including the diagnostic fee). The quote included an impeller for $2,391.44, a seal kit for $381.08, a flame sensor for $141.87, hub kits totaling $839.36, plus other parts, freight, and labor. I contacted this company that was referred by Thunderbird to repair my commercial mixer a week ago. I had to leave my credit card to schedule an appointment, which is fine. I was told that they were scheduling the following week. I followed up at the beginning of the week and was told someone would contact me with an appointment day for Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. No one contacted me and I have yet to get a call from this company. My mixer has been repaired by another company that communicated with me and was very professional. Something this company is NOT! I do not recommend this company for service.

These guys are a nightmare. First, they force you to pay up front. They don’t tell you when they are taking the money and they take the money weather they repair was completed or not. Had them come in twice for the same issue on the same pizza fridge which they charged me twice for the same repair that wasn’t fixed. Then when they couldn’t fix it offered me a new pizza fridge at double the normal cost and acted as if they were doing me a favor. They will take every dime they can from you and offer nothing in return. Save your money and time. Find someone else.
