I've used Berkley Appliance for over 10 years for parts and in home service. They have repaired a dishwasher (which turned out to be a warranty repair that the manufacturer reimbursed for) and most recently a front loading GE washer. The washer repair(machine was thumping)I attempted first by installing 4 new shocks. Initially the repair "looked" good. But running the machine still produced sound and motion that I knew was off. Called Berkley and had a technician in my home in less than 24 hours. Ryan reviewed what I had "fixed" and quickly found a shock that I had failed to install correctly. Ryan fixed the shock, adjusted the feet of the washer and test ran the machine. Great service, fair price, fast service. I highly recommend this company and their staff.

I needed a replacement dryer switch which GE no longer sells the original part. I contacted Berkley Appliance through their website on Sunday. They reached out first thing Monday morning letting me know that the part was in stock, on hold for me and the price. I was able to get the part same day, install it and have a working dryer again!

The folks over at Berkeley appliance seriously are the best people on this earth. I called around every repair shop in the area to find somebody who would be able to fix my 1968 Kenmore dryer because I am not willing to give up on it. everybody shrugged me away besides Berkeley they went and searched for all parts that haven’t been made in the last 35 years and got my dryer working in tiptop shape, seriously could not think these people enough.
