Very professional, very nice, and super clean. This was our first time having our chimney professionally cleaned. My husband suffered a severe injury and things went by the wayside for a couple of years so we definitely needed a professional come in and take a look at things. I couldn't be happier with guy/s at Bill's Clean Sweep. Excellent service. Courteous and the price was just as quoted. Did I mention that they're super nice? They even wore masks, which is important to us. Yep. Highly recommended.

For ten years Bill's Clean Sweep has been our chimney service company without anything but friendly & thorough service. This past weekend they earned a five star review! I called on Saturday morning after the handle of the damper broke Friday night. Pam called me back on Sunday and by 9am Monday morning it was repaired.

Be very careful hiring this company...they give you a quote...then up the bill without asking your permission first. I hired them to clean my chimney...the man was at my house for one hour....I was quoted $150....as soon as he finished...he presented me a bill for $190! He never mentioned anything to me that there would be an additional charge..... I contacted the owner with no return call. I hired this company many years ago....I couldn't remember why I stopped using them...until today....they may have got an additional $40 out of me this time...but they will never get another ounce of business from me again. Not to mention everybody and anybody that I will tell to stay away.
