Installation was easy, the installer "Will" was early, had the job done very quickly, and tidy. The service is great so far, stable, fast, and clean. The internet protocols are correct, and interfaced with my equipment just the way it is supposed to. I am very happy! Ron
Needed to upgrade our internet because my wife is starting a new remote job this week. I called last week to order the internet. I asked if the new fiber could be installed, and up and running within the week. And they did! I was also informed how backed up they were with people switching to fiber, but expedited me per my request. I am very grateful. The technician Kaden was great! Very kind, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. And the internet works fantastic. Only paying $15 more a month but now I have over 3x the data. I would highly recommend Fatbeam!
The technician (Kaden) showed up at the correct time, explained everything in detail. Installation was quick and he (Kaden) made sure that we were satisfied prior to him leaving. Great Service.
Amazing instillation, the gentleman that did the installation was during Christmas time and said my house looked like Santas house! He was so happy LoL He was very nice and courteous. The service was wonderful and the speed is so fast! So nice to have another option in the valley.
Nothing but good. Installation was finished on time and the installer did a great job. I asked if I could bridge my own router and he contacted FatPipe who then called me (in literally a few minutes) and he bridged it - not a problem. The installer asked which room I wanted the drop in and it was done quickly and with professionalism. 10 out of 10. Speeds are as advertised.
