I wouldn’t recommend this service , very hard to get a hold of. Texts and calls unanswered and after 3 months didn’t fix the truck finally returned it with flat tires. After finally getting the truck back he promised a refund, that still hasn’t happened. I won’t again and don’t recommended anyone uses his services.
DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN! Absolutely terrible customer service! I called on a Friday for him to come check my A/C, due to it blowing hot. He was able to come out to my house within 45 minutes to diagnose the problem, which I thought was great. He told me that I could either pay for parts through him or find them on my own and he would be able to install them once they were delivered. I decided to find the parts for a cheaper price and have them delivered. The parts were delivered on that following Tuesday, in which I texted multiple times about coming back out to install. He finally text me back saying that he would be able to install on that Thursday at 3pm. Wednesday comes around and I follow-up with him to ensure that he was still able to conduct the install at that time. He verbally told me that he would be able to still come at that time. On Thursday, I had to request off my job for me to get this installed at 3pm. No issue. I get back to my house right at 3pm Thursday to meet with Glenn and he isn’t there. 30 minutes pass and he still doesn’t come and I decide to call with no answer. Another 1.5 hours pass before he finally calls me back sounding confused of who I am. He finally tells me he was stuck on another job but that he would be at my house to do the install right after he finished. HE NEVER CALLED,TEXT, OR SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE TO COMPLETE THE INSTALL ON THAT DAY LIKE HE STATED. I have since had to find another mechanic to complete the service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DUDE. He talks a good game, but he’s a scammer.
Glenn was a lifesaver. I called his service at an odd hour and he drove immediately to my residence to diagnose my vehicle. He ordered the parts and came by the next day to conduct the repair on my radiator. Extremely knowledgeable and gives it to you straight. Highly recommend!
Glenn is polite, knowledgeable, honest and dependable. I had a broken pulley on my serpentine belt. He arrived when he said he would, got right to work, pulled the bad part, and ran straight to grab a new one. He had my car running and ready in less than 30 minutes. It cost less than just the tow would have to another mechanic. I highly recommend Glenn. He's solid.
