I had an issue that needed to be urgently addressed on a Saturday. The response - both the time and the conversation - was better than I could have anticipated. From Kristen (I think that was her name) on the phone, and James the technician, the professionalism and empathy was exceptional. They were clear/accurate on the time estimates throughout each step (when I'd hear back on an eta, and then the eta). I highly recommend this company!

If you choose any other plumbing company but blue frog then you are making a big mistake. Not only did they fix my issue, which was a bad water line, they advised me on how to report it to my insurance and was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of money. I called roto rooter first and they sent a tech out and charged me 75.00 just to let me know the tech didnt have the tools with him to get the job done and the earliest they could fix it would have been 3 days later and they were almost 2,000.00 higher than what blue frog charged me and they gave me no advice regarding my insurance. BlueFrog is the real deal. Ask for Seth, he serviced my call and did a phenomenal job!!!! They will be the ones I reach out to first if I ever experience any other plumbing issues.

The professionalism and excellent communication started with the inital phone call. The rep who contacted me kept me updated prior to Seth's arrival on a Friday evening. He was excellent! He explained everything that he was doing. He was respectful as he entered and exited my home. He cleaned and left the area better than he found it. He worked to fix the toilet issue, made recommendations for future upkeep, and made sure we knew how to reach the company 24 hrs if there was any other issues. Your company hired an absolute winner with Seth! Thank you all for the excellent service.
